Spaghetti Squash w/ Shrimp & Fresh Parsley
Ingredients:
Instant Gourmet Everything Seasoning
Spaghetti Squash
Fresh parsley
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 stick of butter
Salt and pepper
1 pack of medium or large uncooked shrimp
Directions:
1. Cut spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the seeds and the ribbing from inside.
2. Fork sone holes on the outside of each piece of the squash.
3. Drizzle the inside of the spaghetti squash with olive oil and spread it all around and add salt/pepper.
4. Place the squash on a baking dish cut side down and bake in oven for 40 to 60 minutes until you can pierce through it with a fork.
5. Peel your shrimp, rinse, set on a paper towel, dry, and then add them to a bowl. Add your parsley flakes and “Instant Gourmet Everything Seasoning” and mix well. In a skillet, add butter and shrimp and cook for 5 minutes on each side, take them out and set them aside.
6. Once the squash is done, turn the squash over and fork the inside to make it spaghetti like.
7. In a bowl, add spaghetti squash, shrimp, and mix well and add fresh parsley on top.
