Baked Chicken w/ Baked Fresh Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:
Instant Gourmet Everything Seasoning
1 lb of chicken of your choice
Dried parsley flakes
½ green pepper
½ onion
1 bag of Brussel Sprouts
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 stick of butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. Cut your green pepper and onion into slices.
3. Clean your Brussel sprouts, pat dry, cut them in half and season with IG everything seasoning. Place them in a baking dish and add extra Virgin Olive Oil on top and place in the oven for 20 minutes, then take them out and turn them over and cook another 20 minutes.
4. Clean and wash your chicken pieces, place on aluminum foil and pat dry. Season with “Instant Gourmet Everything Seasoning”, parsley flakes and place in a Pyrex dish, and add your green pepper, onion, and butter.
5. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 40-45 minutes.
