About Instant Gourmet

When I was in High School, my mother owned a restaurant and my sisters and I would go there to waitress and help in the kitchen. I did not mind being in the kitchen because I was able to see how everything was cooked and what seasonings were being used. My mother would also cook a lot at home and that allowed me to see how she made different dishes.   

  When I moved out on my own and started cooking, I would experiment with different seasonings on different dishes I made. My seasoning cabinet was always stocked and full of different seasonings. When I cooked, I would pull out 5-6 different seasonings to put them together and experiment to get a taste that I could use on “Everything”, literally everything!  

  I am heavy with my seasoning, so I wanted to make a seasoning that would contain those seasonings and not overpower one another, not be too much. I never measured my seasonings when I was cooking, I always just used “shakes”, so when I was making the seasoning, I had to use “shakes” to get the measurements. 

  I absolutely love to cook and present my food, even when I am making it for myself while I am meal prepping. My Instant Gourmet “Everything Seasoning” can be used on chicken, seafood, steak, eggs, potatoes, greens and even popcorn (don’t knock it until you try it). 

  A good friend of mines tasted several dishes with the seasonings that I used and suggested that I take it to the next level and make a business out of it, which is exactly what I did. He even provided the name!  I am extremely grateful for the push from my Apostle Steven Allen to utilize another gift that God has given me.
