Cajun Shrimp Guacamole Cups

 

Ingredients

  • Instant Gourmet Everything Seasoning

  • 1 tsp parsley flakes

  • ½ stick of butter

  • 3 avocados

  • ½ red onion

  • 1 bunch of cilantro (leaving just a little to put on top)

  • 5-6 small limes

  • 1 cilantro

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 2 packs of guacamole seasoning

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil spray

  • 1 pack of wonton shells

  • 1 pack of large raw shell-on shrimp

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a cupcake pan, spray it with butter and add the wonton shells and bake on 350 degrees until a light golden brown. Remove from the oven and set them on parchment

paper to cool. Once they are cooled down, add your guacamole, 1 shrimp on top for each wonton and add some cilantro.

3. Peel avocados, cut in cubes and put them in a bowl. Cut all your other ingredients and put in the bowl with the avocados. Add limes and guacamole seasoning and mix well.

4. Peel your shrimp, rinse, set on a paper towel, dry, and then add them to a bowl. Add your parsley flakes and “Instant Gourmet Everything Seasoning” and mix well. In a skillet, add butter and shrimp and cook for 5 minutes on each side, take them out and set them aside.
